Greetings! This is the first of what i hope to be many blogs that i post. The idea behind this website is that i can help better showcase my work for a larger audience. I have over 15 years of professional experience as a musician, primarily a guitarist, though i do dip my toes into singing, playing bass guitar and a multitude of other instruments as well.
More recently though i have found myself drifting into the world of composition, mostly for that of television, film, documentaries and the like. My influences range from traditional music, both Eastern and Western, to contemporary music from across the globe. The aim is to be as proficient as possible in a multitude of styles. This is for no other reason than to prove to myself that i can be. For any musicians reading this, you know yourselves that expressing yourself through your instrument is one of the most gratifying things you can do, so why limit yourself on the way you express yourself? You, hopefully, wouldn't limit yourself in the way that you express yourself using your words, so why limit the way you express yourself through your instrument?
